High-Efficiency Limestone Crushing Plant Shipped to Tanzania

Recently, we exported a limestone crushing plant to Tanzania.

This plant consists of high efficiency jaw crusher and impact crusher, designed to work at an efficiency of 100-120 tons per hour. This machine can meet the high efficiency demand of this Tanzanian customers for limestone processing.

Detailed Production Process of the Limestone Crushing

• Raw Material Preparation: Limestone blocks are initially loaded into the feeder by loaders. The feeder uniformly delivers the limestone blocks into the primary crushing equipment.
• Primary Crushing (Jaw Crusher): The raw limestone is fed into the jaw crusher. Limestone blocks are crushed into smaller stones by the action of two jaw plates.
• Secondary Crushing (Impact Crusher): Limestone blocks are further crushed in the impact crusher. The impact crusher breaks the stones into smaller particles through impact and counterattack.
• Screening and Classification: Crushed limestone particles are graded using screening equipment. Limestone of different sizes is separated to meet various application requirements.

Completion in May and Video Inspection

The limestone crushing plant was completed in May.
