50-80TPH Mobile Jaw Crusher Plant Was Doing Well In Ethiopia For Crushing Rocks

It was really nice that our customer in Gondar sent us a feedback photo! He bought a small mobile jaw crusher plant from us in Oct 2021. It took about one month from factory manufacture to delivery, and now the mobile crushing plant has been in use for a period of time, let’s see how it goes!

What Are The Customer’s Needs?

The customer wanted to purchase a jaw crusher machine to process large pieces of rock, and crush them into small pieces. The production demand is around 50-80tph.

What Did Our Engineer Suggest?

The customer initially consulted the jaw crusher and selected the APJ-5075E model according to the production demand. During this period, the customer also consulted the feeder and vibrating screen. Considering the customer’s budget, site size and equipment investment value, our engineers recommended the crushing plant mobile to the customer.

Why Do We Recommend A Mobile Crusher Plant?

Compared to the stationary crusher plant, the tire-mounted mobile crusher plant enjoys high mobility and is suitable for projects with scattered work sites.

Moreover, the customer’s project output demand is not large, and the construction period is short. If the stationary crusher is installed, it will take a long time and it is not easy to disassemble, which is more suitable for long-term investment. Therefore, we recommend the mobile small jaw crusher to the customer.

What The Customer Says About Our Equipment?

“The mobile crusher plant is very convenient to use. After the crusher plant arrived, I finished the installation shortly. Now that my project is coming to an end, someone locally has asked me to rent this equipment to him. I’m glad I chose a mobile crushing plant. Now I can not only use it myself but also rent it out, which is a good investment.”

We always put customers first, solutions we provide that not only save customers money but also make money for them. If you are considering purchasing coarse crushing equipment, come and consult us!
