WHERE ARE WE

ANDAMINE’s R&D and marketing headquarters are located in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, with our primary manufacturing base operating in the Jiaozuo Economic and Technological Development Zone.

To ensure seamless localized service, we have established fully-staffed overseas branches, warehouses, and local service centers in strategic markets including Indonesia, Malaysia, Uzbekistan, Russia, Kazakhstan, Peru, Saudi Arabia.

Later, we plan to develop 2 oversea branches each year to serve clients better and more closely.

2022

This year’s target has doubled: 1 billion, and as of the end of August, we have completed 71%.
Among them, the purchase rate of new customers is 80%, the repurchase rate of old customers
reaches 60%, and the turnover rate of old customer referrals is at 30%, of which the most
repurchased customers have worked with us nearly 20 times.

2021

The revenue exceeds 500 million.
In order to better improve the efficiency and quality of customer service, the chairman of the
group personally mobilized and held a meeting, and said that everyone should treat customers as
family and friends, think what customers think, worry what customers worry, and do their best to
help customers solve problems, thus helping them succeed.

2020

It has been an extraordinary year for China and the world. In
front of disease, human beings are small, but the chairman firmly believes that if we work
together, we will be able to overcome the difficulties. Therefore, the chairman of the group set
up Henan National Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. to personally prepare various protective supplies,
such as masks, protective clothing, goggles, etc., for customers in need, and to protect people
affected by the epidemic around the world.

2019

Established Indonesia branch.
In February of the same year, government officials from Uzbekistan visited China and gave full
recognition and acknowledgment to the company’s reputation and development achievements, and
signed a letter of intent for cooperation immediately after a business discussion with the
company.

2018

Establishment of the Sri Lanka office.
Establishment of Bangladesh office.
In order to better serve the local regular customers as well as new customers, our salesmen are
also stationed in the region. Visiting customers and providing timely after-sales service to
them.

2017

Establishment of the Uzbekistan office.
Establishment of the Philippines office.
Establishment of Malaysia office.
Our salesmen are not only stationed in the office, but also make visits to customers,
after-sales question and answer, and training of maintenance, not only to make customers use it
