Customer’s Demand:

It is used for crushing the rock mined by the customer to produce sand and gravel aggregates for various construction materials. Since the customer has purchased the matching type of excavator and breaker before purchasing the crushing equipment, the particle size of the crushed raw materials can be freely controlled, so according to the customer’s overall project investment, the output is positioned at 60-80TPH.

Demand Analysis:

There are no shape requirements, the size of the finished product can be produced by two-stage crushing, and the customer does not account for the sand and small stones in the finished product. The plan is to be equipped with a jaw crusher and cone crusher.

Feeder: APG-0724Z. It is selected according to the feeding particle size and output matching requirements.

Jaw crusher: APJ-4060E. According to the mining and crushing curve, select the grate bar with a gap of 80mm, and the particle size that meets the secondary crushing can be directly entered under the grate, and then select the jaw crusher with the remaining amount as the reference.

Cone crusher: APC-900Y. According to the jaw crusher discharge curve and the required output, choose the coarse crushing spring cone crusher

Vibrating screen: APS-1548Y3. According to the crushing curve of the cone, the proportion of the corresponding finished product is calculated, and the required screening area is determined according to the respective output of the finished product.
