When a customer from Indonesia approached us with the need to process soft rock materials like limestone and shale, our engineering team quickly stepped in to provide a customized solution. After thorough communication and understanding of the project goals, we recommended a stationary stone crusher plant with a capacity of 200 tons per hour. The system was tailored to handle high-viscosity materials and remove clay content below 3%, ensuring stable and efficient operation.

Customized Equipment Configuration
Based on the customer’s requirements, our technical team designed a complete crushing line featuring a heavy-duty impact crusher with reversible hammers, a pre-screening and soil removal system, and a dry dust control system with PM10 emission control ≤50mg/m³. Compared with traditional lines, this setup reduces energy consumption by up to 30%. The final output is suitable for applications such as recycling concrete and asphalt waste, road paving, and precast concrete part production.
Full-Process Manufacturing Oversight
Our supply chain staff conducted multiple quality inspections at the manufacturing plant during production. We kept the customer updated in real-time by providing photos and videos of equipment progress. To meet shipping requirements, the plant components were packed and delivered in ten separate containers.

On-Site Installation and Foundation Work
Since this is a stationary plant, the customer’s site required a solid concrete foundation. After the base construction, our Andamine team guided the step-by-step installation process, ensuring all components were properly positioned and connected for reliable performance.

Reliable After-Sales Support
Andamine continue to provide remote support and consultation during the operation phase. The successful commissioning of this project demonstrates our ability to deliver full-process solutions for clients handling soft rock materials.
