The mobile crushing plant by ANDAMINE has been successfully exported to Colombia and is now performing excellently on-site. The clients opted for a mobile impact crusher plant to support their recycling operations. Let’s take a closer look at the details of this project.
Our client is a construction company located in Colombia. This company faced a growing problem with construction waste. They required an eco-friendly and effective way to process various types of debris, including concrete, asphalt, and bricks, into high-quality aggregates. These aggregates are set to be reused in construction projects like roads and buildings.
After understanding the client’s specific needs, our specialists arranged a video consultation to explore the project’s key details. This included discussing the required production capacity, the maximum size of construction waste to be processed (less than 500mm), adjustable output sizes (0-40mm) for recycled aggregates, and the benefits of a diesel-electric hybrid power system to ensure fuel efficiency. Following this, we designed a customized crushing solution for the client—a 150 tph APY3-F mobile impact crusher plant. Impressed by the tailored proposal, the client decided to proceed with purchasing the mobile crusher for their construction waste recycling operations.
Our production team prioritized this order and completed manufacturing in just 30 days. During the production process, the client received regular photo updates and a live video tour to verify the quality and progress of the machine.
Once production was finished, the crusher was thoroughly tested and ready for shipping. The plant was dispatched to Colombia, arriving in Bogotá within 30 days, already pre-installed and prepared for immediate use. Upon arrival, ANDAMINE sent a dedicated engineer to supervise the on-site installation and provide training to the local staff on how to operate the equipment efficiently.
This mobile crushing plant is integrated with one-buttone start control system. It can be operated by PLC touch screen and buttons, improving production efficiency. Just weeks after the installation, the client had processed over 80,000 tons of concrete and brick, with an impressive 95% material reuse rate. The APY3’s mobility enabled seamless movement between job sites, cutting transport costs by 40%. The project manager of the construction company expressed high praise: “This mobile impact crusher exceeded all our expectations—easy to use, quiet operation, and minimal downtime. Your team’s swift response solved our urgent issues within just six hours!”
